I am a Basic Dog Trainer 2nd Level certified in 2013

I am a certified Canine Behaviourist

I am Pet First Aid and CPCR certified

 

• What are your working hours?

I open from 8am to 7pm every day.

These are also the times you can reach me by phone ( +52 984 253 0978 ) and WhatsApp ( +39 347 919 9508 )

In case of emergency i will contact you immediately.

 

• Can i bring my personal food?

Yes, i don't provide food to your dog, only the one you are giving me. Every dog eat different and it can upset their stomach to change with a new one. Make sure to bring enough for the entire stay.

 

• Can they have their favourite toys while boarding with you?

I always encourage people to bring your dog's favorite toys, blankets, bed or anything that will make them feel more comfortable and relaxed.

 

• Which vaccinations are required for my dog?

No dog will be accepted without Vaccination up-to-date and Antiparasitic.

It is required to have the following vaccinations:

- Rabies current in the last year

- DHPP current in the last year

- Internal Deworming

 

• Can you give them medications?

Yes I am able to administer oral medications to your pet whenever he or she needs it. Medications must be in the original bottle prescribed by a veterinarian with the correct dosage indicated. I am also Pet First Aid and CPCR Certified which prepared me for emergency.

 

• How do i know my dog is ok?

I always provide photos and videos while your dog is going to be with me. I take regular pictures while they eat, play, nap and ( when possible) during walks. You will see a smiley face all the time.

 

• Do you allow unneutered dogs ?
No, all dogs must be neutered.
